RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All cachcach merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will help you. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please call (714) 957-1114 x204, 7am - 1pm PST.

To Complete a Return:
Using your own trackable and insured shipping method, mail your return to:

    Attn: Returns Department

    Santa Ana, California 92705

Any shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Cachcach is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.

Refund process
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return. All orders are refunded in US dollars to the credit card used at the time of the original purchase. In the absence of that credit card, a store credit will be issued.

Exchanges
Before sending your exchange, please fill out the back of your packing list to indicate the type of exchange you"d like to make and enclose it in your package. Any shipping fees associated with making exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Cachcach is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.
