Names
cachcach is part of Funny Bunny, Inc. and distributes items under the names cachcach, cachcach for Baby, cachcach for Girls, Blooz by cachcach and BloozSport. Funny Bunny was our first label in 1983.
Ordering
We produce merchandise specifically for you! Minimum order for first time buyers is $500. All other orders must total $1,000. All orders are subject to review by the sales representative for the territory in which the account is located. cachcach is sold in pre-packs of 6 pieces with the following exceptions:
 Accessories — no minimums. Newborn styles- also sold in 4 pc pre-packs.
Coats — 2-piece pre-pack for Newborn, 3-piece pre-pack for Layette, Infant and Toddler, 4-piece pre-pack for Girls/Boys.
Pre-packs in multiple color groups may be split; 2 pieces per color in Newborn, 3 pieces per color for Layette, Infant and Toddler, 4 pieces per color for girls/boys (4-6x/7) — in a minimum of two colors.
Singles Program allows you to split pre-packs: 2 pieces for Newborn, 3 pieces for Layette, Infant and Toddler, and 4 pieces for girls/boys (4-6x/7) if units for the group total a minimum of 18 pieces for Baby or Boys, or 24 pieces for Girls — excluding accessories.
Terms
cachcach uses CIT Commercial Services as our factor and all orders will be submitted for approval of Net 30 terms unless you specifically request an alternative form of payment. If you do not qualify, or the factor needs additional financial information, our credit department will notify you. You may elect to use a credit card or have your orders shipped COD.
Delivery
Our delivery dates are clearly specified on the order forms; these dates represent when it will leave our factory — they are not in-store completion dates. Since we do not have the capacity to pack and hold orders, please note the specific delivery dates for each group at the time you make your selections.
Shipping priority is determined as follows: Factored orders (approved for Net 30 terms) and pre-paid orders (with payment submitted 30 days prior to scheduled shipping date) ship first, followed by credit card orders requiring no call before shipment. Next, we ship credit card orders that do require prior notification.
COD orders ship last because of the additional time and special handling necessary, and the excessively high number of refusals in this category. COD orders with a deposit of at least 25% at the time the order is placed, will ship with factored orders. All COD orders ship via UPS Ground and are subject to the $8.00 handling fee they charge us.
Cancellations
Items/orders cannot be cancelled after the order is received at the factory. We are a “manufacture-to-order” company and cancellations will adversely affect your shipping priority and the status of your account.
Refused Orders
If a valid order is shipped and refused, the freight charges remain due and payable and there will be a 25% restocking fee to offset at least part of our costs (for materials, production and handling). A refusal also has an adverse affect on the shipping priority for the balance of your orders and the acceptance of future orders.
Returns
Our goal is to produce and ship garments of the highest quality. In the event that we fall short of this goal, our return policy requires the following:
- problems to be reported within 14 days of the ship date
- consumer returns allowed due to manufacturing defects, although they must be reported within 60 days of the ship date
- returns without prior factory authorization are prohibited
Items returned without authorization and/or determined not to be manufacturing defects are subject to a 25% restocking fee or may not be credited at all.
